• Ran in the one mile, 800, 1000, 1500, 3000 meter steeple and 4,000 distance medley relay
• Ran career-best times in the 1000 meter (3:03.97) against New Hampshire (Jan. 18) and the one mile (5:00.33) and set a new Holy Cross record in the 3000 meter steeplechase (11:08.35) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 19)
• Recorded season-best indoor times in the 800 meter (2:19.97) at the Harvard Invitational (Feb. 1) and season-best outdoor times in the 800 meter (2:20.10) at the Brown Springtime Open (April 27), 1500 meter (4:38.58) at the Colonial Relay (April 5)
• Member of the 4,000 distance medley relay team who ran a school record time of 11:48.66 at the Colonial Relay (April 5)
• Member of the 4,000 distance medley relay team who recorded a season-best time of 12:11.08 and a first place finish at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (May 2)
• Also earned first-team all-Patriot League honors.
2012-2013:
• Ran in the 800, 1,000, 1,500, one mile, 2,000 steeple, 3,000 steeple, 4x400 relay, 4x800 relay and 4x880 relay
• Set a new Holy Cross record in the 2,000 steeple (7:32.29) at the Duke Invitational (April 6)
• Posted career-best times in the 800 meter (2:19.31) at the Brown Springtime Open (April 28), 1,000 meter (3:09.41) at Maine (Feb. 2), 1,500 meter (4:36.52) at the New England Outdoor Championship (May 11), one mile (5:07.37) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 17) and 3,000 steeple (11:33.52) at the Holy Cross home meet (April 20)
• Member of the 4x800 relay team that set a season-best time of 8:55.82 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2011-2012:
• Ran in the 800, 1,000, 1,500, one-mile and 3,000 steeplechase
• Posted season-best times in the 800 (2:27.30) and 1,500 (4:52.48) at New Hampshire with Maine (April 7), 1,000 (3:11.22) at the Joe Donahue Indoor Games (Jan. 27), one-mile (5:16.59) at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10) and 3,000 steeplechase (12:12.08) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 21)
• Recorded a second place finish in the 3,000 steeplechase at the Holy Cross Invitational and third place finish in the one-mile at Maine (Feb. 4) with a time of 5:21.58.
Before Holy Cross:
• Three-year member of the varsity cross country team at Trinity High School
• Four-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field teams
• Team captain senior year
• Named outdoor Rookie of the Year, Most Improved as a sophomore, MVP as a junior and Most Athletic as a senior
• Four-year member of the varsity soccer team
• Team captain junior and senior years
• Named Rookie of the Year
• Voted MVP junior and senior seasons
• Named All-State junior and senior years
• Also a member of the varsity swim team
• Was state champion in the 100 breaststroke her junior year
• Served as vice president of the Student Council

• Daughter of Joseph and Jean Mitchell
• Mother was a member of the swimming team at New Hampshire
• Has two brothers, Hayden and Ryan (a twin), who both attend Holy Cross
• Great uncle John Hayden was a member of the Holy Cross Class of 1949
• Majoring in Biology
• Also runs cross country.
