• Set new mile school record with a time of 4:48.01 for fourth at the Friar Invitational (Apr. 11)
• Claimed third in the 800m (2:13.79) and sixth in the 4x400m relay (4:09.42) at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational (Apr. 19)
• Broke the outdoor 1500m school record (4:24.88, sixth) and finished fifth in the 4x800m (8:56.86) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 3)
• Clinched second and the silver medal in the 1500m (4:27.33) and helped the 4x800m relay to fourth (9:19.02) at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship (May 10)

AS A SENIOR IN 2024-25 INDOOR:

• Served as a track and field team captain

• Won the mile with a time of 5:07.81 at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 7)
• Placed sixth in the 3000m (10:04.18) at the UMass Winter Opener (Jan. 12)
• Won the 800m (2:15.99) at the Rhode Island Invitational (Jan. 18)
• Registered a personal-best 1000m time of 2:50.46 at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 25)
• Won the 800m with a personal-best time of 2:11.18 at the Showdown at The Heights (Feb. 8)
• Helped the indoor distance medley relay (DMR) team break the school record (11:45.68, fourth) and finished eighth in the mile (4:51.96) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Mar. 2)
• Won the 3000m and the gold medal (9:41.40) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championship (Mar. 8)

AS A SENIOR IN 2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Served as a cross country team captain
• Competed in all eight meets on the season
• Was Holy Cross’s top finisher seven times
• Paced all the Crusaders and led the squad to a first-place team finish, clinching second with an 11:23.12 individual 3k performance at the Wheaton & Babson Season Opener (Aug. 31)
• Was Holy Cross’s top finisher, claiming third in the 5k (18:47.80) at the Shawn M. Nassaney Invitational (Sept. 7)
• Led the Crusaders, placing 45th with a 19:03.04 5k time at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (Sept. 21)
• Had a Crusader-leading 6k performance clocking in at 22:26.90 for 36th place at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5)
• Led team with personal-best 18:27.80 5k at the New England Championship (Oct. 11)
• Notched a ninth place finish leading the Holy Cross pack with a personal-best 3k time of 10:02.98 at the CCSU Mini Meet (Oct. 25)
• Ran a personal-best 6k time of 21:49.50 for 28th place and leading the team at the Patriot League Championship (Nov. 2nd)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2024 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in six of the nine meets on the season
• Clinched second in the 4x400m relay (4:12.08) at the UMass Flagship Spring Opener (Apr. 7)
• Won the 1500m (4:35.28) at the UConn Northeast Challenge (Apr. 13)
• Set a personal best in the 800m (2:13.47, third) and finished sixth in the 4x400m relay (4:10.73) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 20)
• Placed fourth in the 1500m (4:33.46) and came in ninth in the 4x800m relay (9:24.73) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 3-4)
• Set a personal best in the 1500m (4:28.82, first) for the gold medal and came in sixth in the 4x800m relay (9:30.06) at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship (May 10-11)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2023-24 INDOOR:

• Competed in six of the nine meets on the season
• Claimed third in the mile (5:15.01) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 2)
• Took fourth in the 800m (2:21.67) and won the 4x800m (9:28.88) at the URI Invitational (Jan. 20)
• Set a personal best mile (5:01.53, fifth) at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 26)
• Finished fifth in the 4x800m (9:08.33), and sixth in the distance medley relay (12:04.83) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 24-25)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in all five meets on the season
• Placed 24th with a 3k time of 11:42.2 at the Rothenberg Invitational (Sept. 1)
• Finished 40th with a 5k time of 19:24.4 at the Nassaney Invitational (Sept. 9)
• Competed in the 6k with a time of 23:51.9 at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 30)
• Earned 25th place with a 5k time of 19:20.4 at the New England Championship (Oct. 7)

• Finished ninth in the 1500m (4:47.13) at the Bryant Black & Gold Invitational (Mar. 31-Apr. 1)

• Finished seventh in the mile (5:23.78) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 3)
• Set a personal best in the 1000m (3:00.13, 13th) at the UMass Invitational (Jan. 15)
• Won the 800m (2:19.85) against New Hampshire in a dual meet (Jan. 22)
• Claimed third in the mile (5:06.74) at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 27-28)
• Took fifth in the mile (5:07.55) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championship (Feb. 2-3)
• Clinched third in the 800m (2:20.91) at the URI Coaches Invitational (Feb. 11)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2022 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in all six meets on the season
• Took 34th with a 3.1k time of 12:11.2 at the Suffolk Short Course Classic (Sept. 2)
• Finished 41st with a 3.1M time of 20:15.3 at the Shawn M. Nassaney XC Invitational (Sept. 10)
• Set a personal best 6k time of 23:39.4 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, placing 222nd (Sept. 30)
• Ran a 5k time of 21:40.5 at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship, finishing 110th (Oct. 8)
• Placed 77th with a 5.95k time of 23:48.7 at the Patriot League Cross Country Championship (Oct. 29)
• Finished 184th with a 6k time of 23:45.6 at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championship (Nov. 11)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2022 OUTDOOR TRACK:

• Competed in four of the seven meets on the season
• Finished 10th in the 800m (2:22.09) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 23)
• Set a personal best in the 400m (1:03.34, 12th) a the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 30)
• Helped 4x800 relay finished seventh (9:32.90) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 6-7)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2021-22 INDOOR TRACK:

• Competed in three of the nine meets on the season
• Finished 11th in the 1000m (3:16.37) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 4)
• Took fourth in the 800m (2:29.79) at the New Hampshire dual meet (Jan. 22)
• Came in 13th in the 800m prelims (2:26.85) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championship (Feb. 4-5)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in three of the eight meets on the season
• Made her collegiate debut at the Shawn M. Nassaney Race, running a 5K time of 20:28.1 (Sept. 11)
• Finished in 70th place with a 5K time of 21:03.8 at the New England Championship (Oct. 9)
• Placed 45th in the 3K with a time of 11:23.4 at the CCSU Mini Meet (Oct. 22)

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Four-year member of the varsity track and field team
• Team captain her senior year
• Named Windham High School Female Athlete of the Year in for 2020-21
• Was a DII State Champion and NH State Champion in the 800m in 2021
• All-State selection in 2021
• Member of the team that placed fifth at the DII State Championship in 2021
• School record holder in the 400m (1:01.79), 800m (2:18.24) and 1600m (5:14.18)
• Three-year member of the varsity cross country team
• Team captain her senior year
• Earned the Coach's Award in 2018 and 2020 and the Team MVP award in 2019
• Placed 13th at the DII State Championship
• Also played four years of varsity basketball and was president of the French Honor Society
