• Ran 5K times of 23:45 at the UMass Dartmouth invitational and 23:53 vs. New Hampshire and Providence.
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2014:
• Patriot League Academic Honor Roll
• Ran season-best 5K time of 21:09.80 versus New Hampshire
• Also ran in the ECAC Championship (JV, 39th, 22:35.70) and UMass Dartmouth Invitational (JV,46th, 21:13.46).

Before Holy Cross:
• Four-year member of the varsity cross country team at Tyngsboro High School
• Team captain for three seasons
• Named Midland Wachusett League All-Star in 2013
• Named to Lowell Sun second team
• Team won Central Massachusetts championship in 2011, 2012 and 2013, Midland Wachusett League championship in 2012 and 2013 and the Manchester Invitational championship in 2013
• Set a personal record with a 5K time of 20:46
• Four-year member of the varsity track team
• Team captain for the 2014 season
• Named Midland Wachusett League All-Star in 2014
• Earned Lowell Sun second team honors in 2013 and 2014
• Part of a team that set the Central/Western Massachusetts State 4x800 meter relay record
• Team won Midland Wachusett League 4x800 meter relay championship
• Class president for three years
• Member of National Honor Society.
