Andrew Masterson is in his second year as an assistant swimming coach at the College of the Holy Cross in 2022-2023. He has 12 years of coaching experience, working with athletes at various levels.
Prior to his time with the Crusaders, Masterson spent two years as the head women’s swimming coach with the Worcester Public Schools from 2019-2021. He developed programs for swimmers of varying abilities and implemented training programs designed to maximize their growth.
Masterson was previously the aquatics director and assistant swimming coach at the Dorchester branch of the YMCA of Greater Boston from 2017-2019. He also spent time as the head swimming coach and assistant aquatics director at the J.W. Hayden Recreation Centre in Lexington, Mass., and as the head swimming coach at the Greater Lowell YMCA.
Masterson is a 2014 graduate of Bethany College with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He and his family reside in Worcester.
