2014-2015:

• Competed in seven individual events including the 50, 100 and 500 freestyle, 200 individual medley, 50, 100 and 200 backstroke
• Also competed on the 200 and 400 medley and 200 and 800 freestyle relay teams
• Swam season-highs in the 50 (28.70) and 100 (1:04.39) versus Bryant, in the 500 free (5:52.32), 100 (1:06.79) and 200 (2:22.19) backstroke at the Harold Anderson Invitational, the 50 backstroke (32.72) versus Lehigh
• Member of the Holy Cross Leadership Academy and the Student Athletic Advisory Committee
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2013-2014: 

• Competed in nine individual events including the 50,100 and 200 backstroke, 100 and 500 freestyle, 100 butterfly, 100 breaststroke, 100 and 200 IM
• Member of the 200 and 400 medley relay and the 200 and 400 freestyle relay teams…placed second in the 200 backstroke (2:37.81) against Fairfield
• Named to the Patriot League Honor Roll. 

2012-2013:

• Competed in six individual events including the 50 and 500 freestyle; 50, 100 and 200 backstroke; and 200 individual medley
• Posted season-bests at the Patriot League Championship in the 50 free (26.71), 500 free (5:28.32), 50 back (29.92), 100 back (1:03.04) and 200 back (2:14.79)
• Member of the Holy Cross Leadership Academy and the Student Athletic Advisory Committee.

Before Holy Cross:

• Three-year member of The Hotchkiss School varsity swimming team under coach Tom Trethaway
• Served as team captain during her senior year (2012)
• Won the team’s W. David Coughlin Swimming Award in 2009-2010 and 2011-2012
• Three-year member of the varsity golf team
• Served as team captain during her senior year (2012).

Personal:

• Daughter of Andrew and Robin O’Brien
• Father graduated from Holy Cross (Class of 1985)
• Has two sisters (Molly and Haley)
• Molly was a member of the Holy Cross swimming team (Class of 2011)
• Haley attends Holy Cross (Class of 2013).
