- A six-season member of the varsity rowing team under head coach Garrison Smith
- Captained the team in the 2018 season
- Claimed bronze at NEIRA in 2016
- Played three seasons of varsity field hockey under head coach Cortney Duncan
- Helped her team to the Founder’s League Championship in back-to-back seasons (2016, 2017)

- Daughter of Sean and Barbra Provost
- Father, Sean, played hockey at SUNY Potsdam
- Has two brothers (Tim and Andy)
