HONORS & AWARDS:
Patriot League Honor Roll (2025)
2024-2025 (Sophomore):
- Competed in all four fall races.

Finished ninth at the Head of the Snake (10/5), and fifth at the Heart of the Housatonic (11/2) in the Collegiate 8+ with the 2nd Varsity 8+.

Finished 12th at the Head of the Charles (10/19) with the Club 4+.

Finished third in the Collegiate 8+ with the 2nd Varsity 8+ and third in the Collegiate 4+ with the 2nd Varsity 4+ at the Wormtown Chase (10/26).

Did not compete in any spring races.
- Named to the Patriot League Honor Roll.
2023-2024 (Freshman):
- Competed in three fall races.
- Finished third in the novice 8+ at the SHU Invitational (Oct. 14) and second at the NYRA Fall Invitational (Nov. 6).
- Helped the Novice 4+ to a second-place finish at the Wormtown Chase (Oct. 29).
- Competed in all six spring races.
- Raced to a fourth-place finish at the Jesuit Invitational (March 23) and third against Colgate and Smith (April 13) with the 2v4.
- Finished third with the 3v8 at Tufts (April 6).
- Raced to a fourth-place finish with the varsity four at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 20) and New England Rowing Championship (May 4).
- Finished fifth at the Patriot League Championship (May 17) in the varsity four.
BEFORE HOLY CROSS:
- Rowed for three seasons on varsity at Loyola Academy under head coach Mike Kelley.
- Served as a team captain as a senior.
- Earned the 2022 All-Midwest Academic Athlete Award.
- Helped the team to third place in the varsity eight at the 2022 Midwest Scholastic Championship and second place in the varsity eight at the 2023 Midwest Scholastic Championship.
- Also rowed for the Loyola Academy Rowing Association club team.
PERSONAL:
- Daughter of Eduard and Albana Caushaj.
- Has one sibling, Annie.
- Plans to major in International Studies.
- Aspires to be a lawyer in the future.
