Holy Cross Athletics

2013-2014: Rowedfor the varsity eight in three spring regattas…member of thevarsity eight that placed third at the Textile River Regatta (Oct.6) and third at the Snake Regatta (Oct. 12)…rowed for theopen four that placed second out of 40 boats at the Head of theSchuylkill Regatta (Oct. 26)…member of the Holy CrossLeadership Academy and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

2012-2013: Memberof the second varsity eight in all nine spring regattas…thesecond varsity eight defeated Smith (March 30) and placed firstversus Rutgers and George Mason (April 27)…second varsityeight placed second at the Patriot League Championship (May 17),which was the best ever result for a Holy Cross second varsityeight boat at the Patriot League Championship...member of theStudent-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

2011-2012: Rowedfor the second varsity eight in all nine spring regattas...thesecond varsity eight won races against Simmons and Smith (March31); Bates, Trinity, Wellesley, WPI and Rochester (April 1);William Smith and Ithaca (April 21); and Connecticut (April22)...Crusaders placed fifth out of 28 boats at the Knecht Cup(April 14-15)...second varsity eight earned a third place finish atthe Patriot League Championship (April 29) and a second placefinish at the New England Championship (May 5)...earned PatriotLeague Academic Honor Roll accolades.

Before Holy Cross: Three-year member of thevarsity rowing team at Lyme-Old Lyme H.S. for coach JohnLaundon…also a member of the Blood Street Sculls club rowingteam for coach Laundon…team won one gold medal (senioryear), two silver medals (one junior year and one senior year) andone bronze medal (junior year)…two-year member of thevarsity basketball team…team captain as a senior…teamwon the Class S championship in her sophomore year, and theshoreline and state tournaments all four years…member ofNational Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Mark and FayWilkman…has one sister, Alison, who also attends Holy Cross(Class of 2014)…a Psychology major.
