AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2025 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in one of the 10 meets on the season
• Posted a season-best 1500m time of 5:24.33 at the Bryant Black and Gold Invitational (Mar. 29)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2024-25 INDOOR:

• Competed in two of the 11 meets on the season
• Registered a season-best 3000m time of 11:55.83 for 16th place at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 7)
• Posted a season-best 1000m time of 3:30.77, crossing the finish in 17th at the Rhode Island Invitational (Jan. 18)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in five of eight meets on the season
• Had a season-best 5k time of 20:21.99 at the New England Championship (Oct. 11)
• Posted a 31st-place finish in the 3k JV race (11:28.32) at the CCSU Mini Meet (Oct. 25)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024 OUTDOOR:

• Did not compete

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2023-24 INDOOR:

• Competed in three of the nine meets on the season
• Set a personal best in the mile (5:51.52, 14th) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 2)
• Set a personal best in the 1000m (3:32.20, 38th) at the URI Invitational (Jan. 20)
• Set a personal best in the 800m (2:40.24, 18th) at the URI Coaches Invitational (Feb. 10)

• Competed in all five meets on the season
• Took 43rd with a 3k time of 12:40.5 at the Rothenberg Invitational (Sept. 1)
• Came in 63rd with a 5k time of 20:31.3 at the Nassaney Invitational (Sept. 9)
• Competed in the 6k with a time of 24:56.3 at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 30)
• Finished 87th with a 5k time of 20:44.2 at the New England Championship (Oct. 7)
• Placed 87th with a 6k time of 25:54.5 at the Patriot League Championship (Oct. 28)

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Four-year member and two-year varsity letter winner for the cross country team
• Four-year member and varsity letter winner for the track and field team under head coach Michael O’Malley
• Coach’s Award recipient her senior year for xc and track and field
• Received team’s John R. Carson Cross Country Award.
• Mid Wach All Star for track and field
• Mid WCH A x3, T&G x2
• 2021 XC District Champions
• 2022 and 2023 Track and Field District Champions
• School record holder for the freshman course
• Career 5k PR is 19:15
• Career 1k PR is 3:11
• 4x Honor Roll selection

PERSONAL: 

• Her dad, Chris, played baseball at URI
• Her mom, Erin, ran track and field at Providence
• Double majoring in psychology and political science
• Chose Holy Cross because of the tight-knit community, excellent academics and strong athletics
