Finished 76th with a 5.95k time of 23:46.3 at the Patriot League Cross Country Championship (10/29).
Ran a personal best 5k time of 20:01.7 at the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship, finishing 81st (10/8).
Set a personal best 6k time with a 23:24.0 finish at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, claiming 186th (9/30).
Finished 29th with a 3.1M time of 20:04.2 at the Shawn M. Nassaney XC Invitational (9/10).
Claimed 28th with a 3.1k time of 12:02.8 at the Suffolk Short Course Classic (9/2).

AS A JUNIOR IN 2021:

Placed 63rd with a 5K time of 20:49.1 in the New England Championship (10/9).
Ran a season-best 6K time of 24:29.4 at the Paul Short Run (10/1).

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2019:

Ran a personal best 6K time of 23:17.8 to place 104th at Paul Short Run (10/5).
Finished in 35th place at UMass Dartmouth Invite, running a 5K PR of 19:33.5 (9/21).
Opened the year with a 33rd place finish at UNH Invite, recording a 5K time of 20:26.9 (8/31).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2018:

Finished 82^nd at the Patriot League Championships, running a 6K time of 24:14.9 (10/27).
Placed 205^th at the NCAA Northeast Region Championship, running a 6K time of 25:51.2 (11/9).

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

Four-year member of the varsity track and field team under head coach Ron Glennon.
Served as captain junior and senior year.
Named Rookie of the Year Winter Track 2016 and MVP for 2016 Spring Track.
Eastern Massachusetts State Finalist (2016 and 2017) and Patriot League All-Star 2016.
Also a three-year member of the varsity cross country team under head coach Brandon Josselyn.
Served as captain senior year.
