• Ran career-best 5k with a time of 18:52.03 at the New England Championship on Oct. 8
• Also ran the 5k in 19:48 versus New Hampshire and Providence, in 19:00 at the Nassaney Invitational, in 19:22 at the National Catholic Championship and in 19:40 at the ECAC Championship
• Ran the 6k with times of 22:41 at the Paul Short Invitational, 22:58.4 at the Patriot League Championship and 23:11 at the NCAA Northeast Regional
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

 2015:

• Ran a season-best 5K time of 20:10 at the New England Championship.
• Also ran 5K times of 20:26 at the ECAC Championship, 20:25 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational and 21:26 vs. New Hampshire and Providence.
• Ran a 6K time of 24:05 at the Paul Short Invitational.
• Competed in the 3K race at the Central Connecticut Mini Meet, finishing with a time of 11:05.

2014:

• Patriot League Academic Honor Roll
• Ran season-best 5K time of 19:57.56 at UMass Dartmouth Invitational
• Also ran against New Hampshire (45th, 20:09.70).

Before Holy Cross:

• Three-year member of the varsity cross country team at Marshfield High School
• Team captain in 2013
• Named Atlantic Coast League All-Star in 2012 and 2013 … team won ACL championship in 2012 and 2013
• Set a 5K personal record of 19:16
• Three-year member of the varsity indoor track team … team captain for the 2013-2014 season
• Named ACL All-Star for 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 seasons
• Team won ACL championship in 2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 seasons
• Qualified for the New Balance Indoor Nationals with a 600 meter time of 1:39.97
