CAREER HONORS:
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2018, 2020)

AS A SENIOR IN 2021:

• Ran a 6K time of 23:59.0 to place 73rd at the Patriot League Championship (10/31)
• Placed 110th with a 5K time of 20:00.7 at the New England Championship (10/9)
• Ran a season-best 5K time of 19:50.8 at the National Catholic Invitational (9/17)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2020:

• Did not compete. 
• Shortened season ran during Spring 2021 due to COVID-19.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2019:

• Ran a personal-best 6K time of 22:25.5 at NCAA Northeast Regional, placing 174th (11/15). 
• Placed 62nd at Patriot League Championship, running a 6K time of 23:48.4 (11/2).
• Placed 14th in sub-varsity race at New England Championship, running a 5K time of 19:17.2 (10/12).
• Ran personal-best 5K time of 19:16.2 at UMass Dartmouth Invite, finishing in 23rd place (9/21).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2018:

• Finished 27^th at the UNH XC Invitational, running a 5K time of 19:40.4 (9/1).
• Finished 48^th at the Shawn M. Nassaney Memorial Invitational, running a 3.11M time of 19:29.7 (9/8).
• Finished 25^th at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational, running a 5K time of 19:18.6 (9/15).
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Two-year member of the varsity cross country team under head coach Tom Wittenhagen.
• Served as captain senior year.
• Set the home course school record.
• Recorded career-best times in the 2.5 miles (14:57) and 5k (18:45).
• Named 2016 D5 Cross Country State Champion, 2016 Boston Herald All-Scholastic and two time Middlesex League All-Star.
• Also competed on the track and field team under head coach Kim Useglio.
• Served as captain senior year.
• Set one mile school outdoor record (2018 - 5:07 mile), 4x800 school record (2015) and 4x400 school record (2016).
• Named Middlesex League All-Star four times and 2018 MIAA D4 1 Mile Champion (outdoor track).
• Set school indoor records one mile school record (2017 - 5:10 mile), 1000m school record (2016 - 3:01 1000m), two mile school record (2018 - 11:28 2 mile), 4x800 school record and 4x400 school record.
• Named 2018 Middlesex League MVP and three time Middlesex League All-Star (indoor track).
• Held the office position of Secrerary of the Class of 2018 (2014-2018).
• Received the SILS Award in 2017, the REACH Award in 2017, the UNH Book Award in 2017 and the 4.0 GPA Award in 2016.
• Was a member of Student Council, Pride Committee, National Honor Society and Raiders Against Drugs Society.
