2019-2020:

• Had five top 10 finishes on the year
• Set three personal best times by year’s end

2018-2019:

• Had 1 top three, 4 top five, and 11 top ten finishes on the year
• Set personal-best times in the 100 free at the Patriot League Championship (57.62), in the 50 breast at the Patriot League Championship (33.38), in the 100 breast at the Patriot League Championship (1:10.45), and in the 200 IM at the Harold Anderson Invitational (2:17.50) 
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2017-2018:

• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2016-2017:

• Competed in eleven individuals events including the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 50 backstroke, 100 backstroke, 200 backstroke, 50 breaststroke, 100 breaststroke, 200 breaststroke, 100 fly, 100 IM, and the 200 IM
• Recorded season-best times in the 100 backstroke (1:05.32), 200 breaststroke (2:36.80) and 200 IM (2:20.52) at the Harold Anderson Invitational (11/18) and in the 200 meter backstroke (2:46.21) against Providence (1/21)

Before Holy Cross

• A four-year member of the varsity swimming team at Newton South High School under head coach Phil Martin, serving as team captain during the 2015-2016 season
• Named team MVP in 2013
• Set school records in the women’s 200 medley relay, 200 freestyle relay and 400 freestyle relay
• Also swam for the Crimson Aquatics club under head coach Kyle Schack
• Swam career-best times in the 100 breaststroke (1:11.58), 200 breaststroke (2:36.26), 100 backstroke (1:04.64) and 200 IM (2:19.16)
• Also played one year of varsity tennis

 Personal:

• Daughter of Bruno and Jessica Miquel
• Has one brother (Quentin) and one sister (Kristen)
• Kristen is a member of the swim team at Colgate, class of 2022
• Majoring in sociology on the pre-med track
