• Took fourth in 1500m (4:41.58, a season-best) and helped the 4x400m team to sixth (4:09.52) at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational (Apr. 19)
• Helped the 4x800m team to fifth place with a time of 8:56.86 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 2)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2024-25 INDOOR:

• Competed in seven of the 11 meets on the season
• Took eighth in the 1000m with a time of 3:12.04 at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 7)
• Registered season-best 3000m finish of 11:12.94 at the UMass Winter Opener (Jan. 12)
• Came in fourth in the mile (5:12.25) and helped the 4x800m relay team to sixth place (10:06.95) at the Rhode Island Invitational (Jan. 18)
• Placed sixth in 1000m with season-best time of 3:00.19 at the NEICAAA Indoor Championship (Mar. 8)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in all eight meets on the season
• Came in 15th in the 3k (12:03.37) at the Wheaton & Babson Season Opener (Aug. 31)
• Posted a season-best 5k time of 19:04.31 for a 46th place finish at the New England Championship (Oct. 11)
• Improved to a season-best 10:40.90 3k time for 44th at the CCSU Mini Meet (Oct. 25)
• Finished season with 22:51.42 campaign-best 6k time at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 15)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2024 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in seven of the nine meets on the season
• Set a personal best in the 3000m steeplechase (12:06.05, fifth) and came in sixth in the 4x400m relay (4:12.08) at the UMass Flagship Spring Opener (Apr. 7)
• Set a personal best time in the 2000m steeplechase (7:28.41, fifth) and took sixth in the 4x400m relay (4:10.73) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 20)
• Set a personal best in the 800m (2:19.14, fifth) at the Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 27)
• Finished ninth in the 4x800m (9:24.73) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 3-4)
• Finished 6th in the 4x800m relay (9:30.06) at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship (May 10-11)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2023-24 INDOOR:

• Competed in five of the nine meets on the season
• Claimed second in the 1000m (3:10.49) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 2)
• Set a personal best in the 1000m (3:10.05, 20th) at the UMass Flagship Invitational (Jan. 14)
• Came in seventh in the 800m (2:25.29) and won the 4x800m (9:28.88) at the URI Invitational (Jan. 20)
• Set a personal best in the mile (5:16.25, 25th) at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 26)

• Finished 29th with a 3k time of 12:06.3 at the Rothenberg Invitational (Sept. 1)

• Member of 2018, 2019, and 2021 Watchung Conference Team Championship team for cross country
• Member of 2019 and 2021 Union County Team Championship team for cross country
• Member of 2021 NJ Non-Public State Championship team for cross country
• 2019 Union County Individual County Champion for cross country
• Set four school freshman course records and six school sophomore course records for cross country
• Member of the 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Union County Championship team, NJ Non-Public Indoor State Relay Championship team, NJ Non-Public Indoor State Championship team, and NJ #1 team for indoor track and field
• Broke the 3200m freshman school record, 3000m indoor school record, and 1-mile sophomore school record for indoor track and field 
• 2020 Union County Individual County Champion in the 1600m and 3200m, 2022 Millrose Games 4x800 Championship team, and 2022 All-American team for indoor track and field
• Member of 2019, 2021, and 2022 Union County Championship team, NJ Non-Public Outdoor State Championship team, and NJ #1 team for outdoor track and field
• Broke the 3200m freshman school record and 4x1500m relay school record for outdoor track and field
• 2021 New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association Award Recipient for National Girls and Women in Sports Day
• 2021-22 Union County Interscholastic Athletic Conference Scholar Athlete

• Her mom, Denise, was a member of the University of Delaware track and field team (Class of ‘95)
• Majoring in psychology with a minor in American Sign Language and deaf studies
