Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2019-20, 2020-21)

2021 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR):

Placed sixth as a member of the 4x400 relay (3:24.34) at the New England Outdoor Championship (5/15).
Competed on the 4x400 relay at the Patriot League Championship, placing fourth with a time of 3:20.80 (5/1).
Ran a personal best 51.20 in the 400 meters, placing fifth against Rhode Island (4/21).
Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19.

2020-21 INDOOR (JUNIOR):

Placed second in the 400 meters (51.27) and second in the 4x400 relay (3:24.89) at the Patriot League Challenge (2/28).
Indoor portion of season shortened and ran in the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19.

2020 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

2019-20 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

Competed in the distance medley relay at the Patriot League Championship, placing sixth with a time of 10:17.60 (3/1).
Ran a time of 51.68 in the 400m at the BU Valentine Invite (2/15).
Had a time of 1:09.77 at the URI Coaches Tribute to place 12^th in the 500m (2/8).
Placed fourth in the 500m at the University of New Hampshire, running a time of 1:11.71 (1/18).
Ran a PR of 51.62 to place 15^th in the 400m at the BU Season Opener (12/7).

2019 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN):

2018-19 INDOOR (FRESHMAN):

Had a season best in the 200, running 24.81 to place third vs. UNH (1/19).
Recorded a season best at the Howlin’ Husky Invitational in the 500, running a 1:09.00 (12/8).
Had a season best at the Boston University / Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener in the 400, running 53.35 (12/1).

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

Four-year member of the varsity track and field team under head coach Mark Langston.
Served as captain junior and senior year.
Received the 2015 Most Improved Mid-Distance Runner, 2017 Coaches Award and 2018 MVP Sprinter.
Set school records in the indoor 300m (37.54) and 4x100m relay (43.90).
Also played soccer at Fairfield Prep.
Was a member of the National Honor Society.
