Holy Cross Athletics

2022-23 INDOOR (SENIOR):

• Set a personal best in the shot put at the Alden Invitational with a mark of 11.60m.
• Placed third in the shot put and fifth in the weight throw at the New Hampshire dual meet.
• Set a personal best in the weight throw at the URI Coaches Invitational (11.24m).

2022 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Set a two personal bests at the Holy Cross Invitational – shot put (11.33m) and hammer throw (32.24m).

2021-22 INDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Placed 17th in the weight throw and 23rd in the shot put at the Brown Alden Invitational.

2021 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Did not compete. 
• Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19.

2020-21 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Did not compete. 
• Indoor portion of season shortened and ran in the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19.

• Outdoor portion of season canceled due to COVID-19.

• Posted a mark of 9.68m in the shot put and 8.95m in the weight throw at the URI Coaches Tribute (2/8).
• Had a pair of season bests in the shot put (9.90m) and weight throw (10.77m) at the University of New Hampshire (1/18).

• Four-year varsity member of the outdoor track and field team at Belmont High School in Belmont, N.H., under Aaron Hayward. 
• Served as team captain as a sophomore, junior and senior. 
• Placed second in the shot put at the Wilderness Championship in 2019. 
• Two-time captain in indoor track at Belmont under head coach Scott Clark. 
• Won shot put at 2019 Division 3 Indoor Championship.
• Also played two varsity seasons of soccer, advancing to state quarterfinals as a junior and state semifinals as a senior. 
• Ranked third in graduating class at Belmont High School.
• Member of Future Business Leaders of America, Vice President of National English Honors Society and President of National Honors Society.  

• Parents are Mark and Beth Duclos. 
• Has two brothers (Gene and Dillon) and one sister (Madison). 
• Majoring in economics.
