2019 Outdoor (Senior):

• Had a personal best in the 1,500, running a 4:17.24, at the Black and Gold Invitational (3/29).

2018-2019 Indoor (Senior):

• Placed 10^th in the 3,000 vs. UNH, running a 9:19.86 (1/19).

2017-2018:

• Competed in the 1,500 and 3,000m runs and the 3,000m steeplechase for the Crusaders.
• Set a new personal-best time of 4:18.42 in the 1,500m at the Black & Gold Invitational.
• Recorded a new career-best time of 9:09.64 in the 3,000m at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic.
• Posted a new career-best time of 10:06.55 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Ocean State Invitational.

2016-2017:

• Competed in the 1,500, 3,000, 5,000-meter runs, and 3,000-meter steeplechase.
• Posted career-best time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:21.50) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/22).
• Recorded season-best time in the 1,500-meter run (4:24.22) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (4/24), the 3,000-meter run (9:35.70) at the UNH vs Holy Cross Meet and 5,000-meter run (17:15.37).
• Placed 10th in the 3,000-meter run (9:35.70) at the UNH vs Holy Cross Meet.
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2015-2016:

• Competed in the one-mile run and 3,000m steeplechase runs.
• Recorded season-best times in the one-mile (4:45.55) at Maine (2/6) and in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:50.18) at the Minuteman Invitational (4/16).
