2013: Ran in the 400, 500, 800, 1,500, one mile, 4x400 relay and 4x800 relay…posted career-best times in the 400 meter (54.62) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 24), 500 meter (1:11.36) at Maine (Feb. 2) and 800 meter (2:00.38) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 20)…recorded season-best times in the 1,500 meter (4:29.30) at New Hampshire (April 6) and one mile (4:41.82) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 8)…named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2012: Ran in the 400, 500, 800 and 1,000 … posted season-best times in the 400 (56.24) at New Hampshire with Maine (April 7), 500 (1:17.91) at the Joe Donahue Indoor Games (Jan. 27), 800 (2:03.32) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 21) and 1,000 (3:00.48) at the Sorlien Memorial Invitational (Jan. 14) … named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2011: Participated in the 1,000 meter run, 1,500 meter run and 800 meter run events … ran season-bests with 2:54.20 in the 1,000 meter run at Maine (Feb. 5), 4:24.32 in the 1,500 meter run at the Minuteman Invitational (April 16) and 2:01.78 in the 800 meter run at Holy Cross (April 26) … named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross: Member of the varsity cross country team at Winchester H.S. ... team captain senior year ... team won the Middlesex League championship sophomore season ... also a member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field teams ... team captain senior year.

Personal: Son of Tom Santa Maria and Agnes Cappuccio Santa Maria ... has one brother (Anthony) ... majoring in Classics and History.
