• Competed in seven meets
• Recorded a new personal best in the 5,000m (15:18.73) to finish ninth at the Jaylin Rainford Invitational (Mar. 27)
• Set a new personal best in the 1,500m (4:01.15) at the UConn Dog Fight (Apr. 4)
• Ran a new personal-best time to win the 2,000m steeplechase (6:15.09) at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational (Apr. 18)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2025-26 INDOOR:

• Competed in six meets
• Recorded a new personal best in the 3,000m (8:54.10) at the Suffolk Ice Breaker (Jan. 18)
• Set a new personal best in the 1,000m (2:37.91) at the URI Coaches Invitational (Feb. 14)
• Ran a personal best in the mile (4:20.95) at the NEICAAA Championship (Mar. 6-7)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2025 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in seven meets
• Recorded a new personal-best time in the 8k (25:35.7) at the UMass Dartmouth XC invitational (Sep. 20)
• Ran a new personal-best time in the 5k (15:57.1) at the Rothenberg Run (Oct. 24)
• Finished 71st in the 8k (26:38.9) at the Patriot League Championship (Oct. 31)
• Recorded a new personal best in the 10k (32:37.7) at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 14)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2025 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in three of the 12 meets on the season
• Registered a season-best 1500m finish of 4:05.39 at the Julia LaFreniere Commonwealth Invitational (Apr. 13)
• Placed 13th with a season-best 800m time (1:59.57) at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational (Apr. 19)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024-25 INDOOR:

• Competed in five of the 11 meets on the season
• Posted season-best mile time of 4:33.45 at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 24)
• Took seventh with season-best 1000m time of 2:40.44 at the Rhode Island Coaches Invitational (Feb. 8)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in seven of eight meets on the season
• Came in 37th in his collegiate debut with a 5k time of 16:53.37 at the Wheaton & Babson Season Opener (Aug. 31)
• Registered season-best 5k performance of 16:35.2 for 29th at Shawn M. Nassaney Invitational (Sept. 7)
• Posted a campaign-leading 8k time (26:32.80) at the Patriot League Championship (Nov. 2)
• Ran a season-best 10k time (34:25.99) at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 15)

• Five-season varsity member of the cross country and track and field teams at Wellesley in Wellesley, Mass. under head coach Colin Corkery (cross country) and Larry Corda (track and field)
• 2023 MIAA D1B Cross Country Champions
• 2024 Bay State Outdoor Track and Field Champions
• 2023 Bay State Cross Country All-Star
• 2024 Bay State Indoor Track and Field All-Star
• Four-time Honor Roll selection
• Career PRs: 5k (16.20.9), Mile (4:23.85) and 1000m (2:35.46)

• His dad, Tim, played football at Boston University (Class of ‘81)
• Double majoring in economics and mathematics
• Chose Holy Cross because the small class sizes and the beautiful campus
