AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in all eight meets on the season
• Posted a 16th-place 5k finish of 16:28.10 at the Wheaton & Babson Season Opener (Aug. 31)
• Ran campaign-best 8k (26:37.76, 21st) at the New England Championship (Oct. 11)
• Finished 47th with season-best 5k time of 15:40.64 at the CCSU Mini Meet (Oct. 25)
• Registered a season-best 10k time of 34:18.36 at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 15)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in two of the 10 meets on the season
• Set a personal best in the 5000m (15:51.75, third) at the Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 27)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2023-24 INDOOR:

• Competed in four of the nine meets on the season
• Set a personal best in the mile (4:40.15, 11th) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 2)
• Took 11th in the 3000m (9:15.63) at the URI Invitational (Jan. 20)
• Set a personal best in the 3000m (8:59.39, 46th) at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 27)
• Placed 14th in the mile (4:43.24) at the URI Coaches Invitational (Feb. 10)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2023 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in all five meets on the season
• Took 41st with a 6k time of 20:52.4 at the Rothenberg Invitational (Sept. 1)
• Came in 58th with a 5k time of 17:12.3 at the Nassaney Invitational (Sept. 9)
• Completed the 8k with a time of 28:10.5 at the Paul Short Run (Sept. 30)
• Placed 111th with an 8k time of 29:03.4 at the New England Championship (Oct. 7)
• Finished 104th with an 8k time of 29:27.9 at the Patriot League Championship (Oct. 28)

• Three-year varsity member of the cross country and track and field teams
• San Ramon Valley High School Male Athlete of the Year
