CAREER HONORS:

• Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2021-22)

2022-23 INDOOR (SENIOR):

• Finished 16th in the 3000 meters at the Alden Invitational.
• Claimed sixth in the mile and helped 4x800 relay finish third against New Hampshire.
• Set a personal best in the 3000 meters at the Riverhawk Invitational with a time of 9:25.77.
• Finished eighth in the 3000 meters at the URI Coaches Invitational. 

2022 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Competed in the 5,000 meters at the UMass Invitational and the Holy Cross Invitational.
• Ran in the 1,500 meters at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.
• Set a personal best in the 1,500 meters (4:15.24) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet, taking eighth.
• Finished with a personal best in the 5,000 meters (16:05.39) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational, taking second.

2021-22 INDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Claimed second in the mile at the UNH dual meet.
• Ran a personal best mile time (4:41.75) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championship, taking 13th.

2021 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Ran a season best time of 4:22.00 in the 1,500 meters against Rhode Island (4/21). 
• Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19.

2020-21 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Placed 10th in the 3,000 meters (9:35.25) at the Patriot League Challenge (2/28). 
• Indoor portion of season shortened and ran in the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19.

• Outdoor portion of season canceled due to COVID-19.

• Did not compete.

• Played two seasons of soccer at Tabor Academy under head coach Ian Patrick. 
• Team advanced to state quarterfinals. 
• Also competed in two varsity seasons of crew under head coach Noel Pardo.
