2012: Ran in the 200, 400, 500, 800 and 4x400 relay…posted season-best times in the 200 (24.08) at UMass Invitational (April 14), 400 (52.09) at New Hampshire with Maine (April 7), 500 (1:08.77) at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10) and 800 (2:01.18) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 10).

Before Holy Cross: Came to Holy Cross from Quabbin Regional High School in Barre, Mass.

Personal: Son of Kenneth and Clare Brekka ... has one brother (William) and one sister (Kathleen) ... brother, William, was a member of the Holy Cross rowing team ... sister, Kathleen, is a senior on the Holy Cross women’s track and field team ... has not yet declared a major.
