2012: Competed in the 200, long jump and triplejump … set a season-best time in the 200 (26.00) at theUMass Invitational (April 14) … posted career-high marks inthe long jump (5.59m) at New Hampshire with Maine (April 7) andtriple jump (11.79m) at the Harvard Open (Dec. 10).

2011: Participated in the triple and long jumpevents and ran in the 200 meter dash … recorded season bestperformances with 11.79 meters in the triple jump at the HarvardOpen (Dec. 10), 25.12 in the 200 meter dash at the AmericanInternational Invitational (April 2) and 5.05 meters in the longjump at the New Hampshire Quad-meet (Jan. 22).

2010: Ran in the 100 and 200,  and alsocompeted in the long jump and triple jump events ... ran a time of25.66 seconds in the 200 at the Harvard Open ... recorded a time of12.74 seconds in the 100 at the Northeastern Spring Open ... had aseason-best jump of 11.35 meters in the triple jump at the HarvardOpen ... named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross: Two-year member of the varsitytrack and field team at Trumbull H.S. ... recieved theSportsmanship award in 2009 ... named to the first team IndoorAll-FCIAC West in 2009 ... member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Frank and Edith Foster ...father graduated from Holy Cross in 1979 ... has one brother (Dan)and one sister (Hayley) ... majoring in History.
