Holy Cross Athletics

• A Veteran Leader the Holy Cross Leadership Academy.

2016-2017:

• Competed in the 200 and 400-meter dash and was a member of the 4 x 400-meter Relay team (Led the Crusaders in the 400-meter dash)
• Placed third in the 400-meter dash (50.30) at the Boston University Season Opener (12/3)
• Finished sixth in the 200-meter dash (24.12) at the Maine and Holy Cross Men Dual Meet (2/4)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2015-2016:

• Competed in 100m, 200m, 400m and 500m runs
• Also competed as part of the 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams
• Recorded season-best times in the 100m (11.97) at the Central Connecticut Invitational (4/2), in the 200m (23.29) at the Holy Cross Decathlon (4/27), in the 400m (49.99) at the New England Indoor Championship (2/26) and in the 500m (1:07.51) at the Jo Donahue Games (1/22)
• His time of 49.99 in the 400m was a team-best
• Was a member of the 4x400 relay team that posted a team-best time of 3:20.75 at the New England Indoor Championship
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2014-2015:  

• Competed in the 200 and 400-meter dashes and 500-meter run
• Also competed on the 4x400 and 4x800-meter relay teams
• Posted season-best times in the 200 (23.17) at the Minutemen Invitational, in the 400 (50.04) at the Holy Cross Invitational and in the 500 (1:07.25)  at the Joe Donahue Games

Before Holy Cross:

• A four-year member of the varsity track and field team at Trinity High School under head coach Bob Leonard
• Named Most Valuable Freshman (2011)
• Qualified for Divisionals in all four seasons and placed 15th in the 400-meter run at New Englands
• Was the first student-athlete from his high school to qualify for the Meet of Champions and New Englands in 19 years
• Held a personal record of 51.23 in the 400m and a time of 2:04 in the 800m
• Also played four years of varsity soccer, sering as captain in 2014
• Named second team All-State in 2013
• Played one year of varsity tennis
• Served as a member of the National Honor Society
