Career Honors:
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019).

2019 Outdoor (Senior):

• Had a personal best at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships in the 10,000, running a 33:22.82 (5/3).
• Placed fifth at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational in the 5,000, running a 16:18.98 (5.27).
• Had a personal best in the 1,500, running a 4:22.86, at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (4/23).

2018-2019 Indoor (Senior):

• Had a personal best in the 5,000, running a 15:42.84, at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/8).
• Had a personal best in the 3,000, running a 9:15.16, vs. UNH (1/19).

2017-2018:

• Competed in the outdoor 1500m, 3000m and 5000m events and the indoor 3000m event.
• Recorded a career-best time in the 1500m (4:25.57) at the Holy Cross Men's Meet.
• Ran a career-best time in the 3000m (9:20.55) at the Ocean State Invitational.
• Posted a career-best time in the 5000m (16:06.61) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational.

2016-2017:

• Competed in the 3,000-meter run.
• Placed 14th (9:55.21) at the UNH vs Holy Cross Meet (1/21).
• Finished 11th (9:34.15) at the Maine and Holy Cross Men Dual Meet (2/4).
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2015-2016:

• Competed in the 1,500m, 3,000m and 5,000m runs.
• Posted season-best times in the 1,500m (4:28.87) versus Rhode Island and Worcester State (4/27), in the 3,000m (9:26.94) at Maine (2/6) and in the 5,000m (16:29.79) at the Skyhawk Invitational (4/30).

Before Holy Cross

• Two year varsity member of the cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams at Glastonbury High School.
• Cross country team captain his senior season.
• All-Conference his senior year.
• Team won Conference Championship his junior and senior years, and qualified for New England Championship his senior year.
• Outdoor track team won Conference Championship his senior year.
• National Honor Society.
