AS A JUNIOR IN 2026 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in five meets
• Recorded a new personal best in the 110m hurdles (14.96) at the UMass Commonwealth Invite (Apr. 11)
• Clocked a new personal best in the 200m (23.05) at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational (Apr. 18)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2025-26 INDOOR:

• Competed in five meets
• Recorded a new personal best in the prelims of the 60m hurdles (8.31) and finished seventh in the finals (8.42) at the Patriot League Championship (Feb. 28-Mar. 1)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2025 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in six meets
• Helped the Crusaders win the 4x100m (41.82) at the UMass Flagship Opener (Apr. 5)
• Won the 400m hurdles (54.61) at the Friar Invitational (Apr. 11)
• Placed second in the 400m hurdles (54.19) and fourth in the 4x400m (3:29.34) at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational (Apr. 19)
• Recorded a new personal best in the 400m hurdles (53.08) at the Patriot League Championship (May 3)
• Earned the bronze medal in the 400m hurdles (53.73) at the NEICAAA Championship (May 10)  

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2024-25 INDOOR:

• Competed in eight meets
• Recorded a new personal best in the 60m dash (7.31) at the River Hawk Invitational (Jan. 24)
• Finished 13th in the 60m hurdles (8.48) at the Patriot League Championships (Mar.1)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in seven of the 10 meets on the season
• Won the 400m hurdles (55.41) at the UMass Flagship Spring Opener (Apr. 7)
• Placed eighth in the 400m hurdles (56.73) at the UConn Northeast Challenge (Apr. 13)
• Took fourth in the 4x100m relay (44.73) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 20)
• Set personal bests in the 110m hurdles (15.52, second) and the 200m (23.11, 12th) at the Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 27)
• Set a personal best in the 400m hurdles prelim (53.53) and finished fifth in the final (54.40) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 3-4)
• Clinched second and the silver medal in the x100m relay (42.06) and came in sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:23.72) at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship (May 11)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2023-24 INDOOR:

• Competed in seven of the nine meets on the season
• Set personal bests in the 60m hurdles (8.61, sixth) and the 300m (37.65, second) at the UConn Husky Challenge (Dec. 8)
• Took fifth in the 60m hurdles (8.68) at the URI Invitational (Jan. 29)
• Set a personal best in the 400m (52.60, 65th) at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 27)
• Placed 13th in the 60m hurdles (8.63) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 24)

• Four-year varsity member of the track and field team under head coach Brian McCartney
• Served as a captain his senior year
• BQ Meet MVP CHSAA
• Was a member of the BQ XC Championship team CHSAA
• Holds the Xaverian school record in the 55m hurdles, the 400m hurdles and the 300m hurdles
• Career totals include: 400m hurdles: 56.47, 55m hurdles: 7.79
• Was also a member of the National Honor Society

• Majoring in psychology
• Chose Holy Cross because of the community, to pursue his passion in track and because of the unique qualities that separates it from other institutions
