Holy Cross Athletics

2013-2014:
• Competed In weight throw and hammer throw
• Threw career-best distances in weight throw (12.38m) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24) and hammer throw (33.27m) at the New Hampshire Invitational (April 5).

2012-2013:
• Competed in the shot put and javelin
• Recorded season-best distances in the shot put (9.37m) at the Tufts Snowflake Classic (March 30) and javelin (45.71m) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 24).

2011-2012: Did not compete.

Before Holy Cross:
• Member of the varsity track and field team at St. John’s Preparatory School under head coach Ray Carey
• Ran the 400 meter dash
• Also played basketball
• Member of the Essex Rowing Club team that won the men’s varsity eight competition at the 2010 U.S. Rowing Northeast Championship.

Personal:
• Son of Ian White, who was a member of the football, wrestling and crew teams at Harvard
• Has six brothers (Carter, Peter, Aaron, Solomon, Micah and Jude) and one sister (Artemis) … has not yet declared a major.
