Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2015-2016, 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019).

2019 Outdoor (Senior):

• Placed 16^th in the hammer throw (40.10m) at the Patriot League Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/3-4).

• Had a personal best in the hammer throw of 42.41m, finishing third at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational (4/27).
• Had a personal best in the discus of 35.70m to finish ninth at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20).
• Placed fifth in the hammer (40.61m) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20).

2018-2019 Indoor (Senior):

• Had a personal best in the weight throw (13.11m) to place seventh vs. UNH (1/19).
• Placed seventh in the weight throw (12.40m) at the Howlin’ Husky Invitational (12/8).

2017-18 Track & Field:

• Recorded a career and personal-best discus throw (outdoor) of 35.70m at the Ocean State Invitational.
• Posted a career and personal-best hammer throw (outdoor) of 35.91m at the Holy Cross Men's Meet.
• Tailed a career and personal-best weight throw (indoor) of 12.34 against UNH.

2016-2017:

• Competed in the weight throw, hammer throw and discus throw.
• Recorded career-best distance in the hammer throw (31.91m) at the U Mass Minutemen Track and Field Invitational (4/15).
• Finished 11th in the weight throw (11.21m) at the Boston University Season Opener (12/3).
• Placed eighth in the hammer throw (31.91m) U Mass Minutemen Track and Field Invitational.
• Finished sixth in the discus (32.03m) at the Holy Cross Invitational.
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2015-2016:

• Competed in discus and hammer throw events.
• Posted season-best distance in the discus throw (35.36m) at the Holy Cross Decathlon (4/27) and in the hammer throw (30.27m) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/27).
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:

• Competed for three years with Stuart Hall High School track and field.
• Team captain in 2014 and 2015.
• Earned second place finish at North Coast Section Championship in 2015.
• Team won NCS Championship in 2014 and 2015.
• Set the school record for longest discus throw.
• Also played four seasons of varsity football.
• Team captain in football 2013 and 2014.
• Earned football Coaches Award in 2013 and 2014.

Personal:

• Son of Bill and Marjorie.
• Has two brothers (Will and Alex) and one sister (Carol).
• Majoring in physics.
• Aspires to become an engineer in the United States Navy.
