• Competed in five meets
• Won the 1500m (3:58.31) at the Jaylin Rainford Invitational (Mar. 27)
• Recorded a new personal best in the 800m (1:56.65) at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational (Apr. 18)
• Clocked a new personal best in the 1500m (3:54.22) at the Jay Carisella and Joe Donahue Coaches Invitational (May 2)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2025-26 INDOOR:

• Competed in four meets
• Finished third in the 3000m (8:39.37) at the Suffolk Ice Breaker (Jan. 18)
• Recorded a new personal best in the 3000m (8:37.19) at the NEICAAA Championship (Mar. 6)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2025 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in six meets
• Recorded a new personal best in the 8k (25:19.9) at the NEICAAA Championship (Oct. 10)
• Set a new personal best in the 10k (33:04.2) at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 14)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2025 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in four of the 12 meets on the season
• Had a season-best 1500m time (4:05.32, 26th) at the Julia LaFreniere Commonwealth Invitational (Apr. 13)
• Posted a campaign-leading 800m time of 1:57.13 for ninth at the Jim Kavanagh Legacy Invitational (Apr. 19)
• Helped the 4x800m team to eighth (7:53.73) at Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 2)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024-25 INDOOR:

• Competed in seven of the 11 meets on the season
• Posted season-best mile time (4:26.55, 16th) at the Rhode Island Invitational (Jan. 18)
• Had a campaign-best 3000m time of 8:56.88 at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 24)
• Took fourth in the 1000m (2:36.17) at the Rhode Island Coaches Invitational (Feb. 8)
• Registered a season-best 1000m time (2:32.58, 35th) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14)
• Helped the 4x800m relay team to eighth (7:49.42) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Mar. 1)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Competed in five of eight meets on the season
• Posted campaign-best 5k time of 15:30.70 at the CCSU Mini Meet (Oct. 25)
• Registered a season-best 8k time of 26:08.90 at Patriot League Championship (Nov. 2)

• Five-season varsity member of the cross country and track and field teams at Oak Park & River Forest in Oak Park, Ill. under coaches Christopher Baldwin and Tim Hasso
• Served as a cross country and track and field team captain his senior year

• All-West Suburban Conference Silver Cross Country his senior year
• All-West Suburban Conference Silver Track and Field his senior year
• West Suburban Conference Silver All-Academic Team his senior year
