Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21)
2021 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR):
- Placed seventh in the 1500 meters (4:12.34) against Rhode Island (4/21).
- Ran a season best time of 16:04.82 in the 5000 meters, placing third, at a tri-meet with UMass and Merrimack (3/26).
- Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19.
2020-21 INDOOR (JUNIOR):
- Did not compete.
- Indoor portion of season shortened and ran in the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19.
2020 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):
- Outdoor portion of season canceled due to COVID-19.
- Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2019-20 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):
- Competed at the Patriot League Championship in the 5,000m, running a time of 15:46.67 (3/1).
- Ran a time of 15:30.05 in the 5,000m at the New England Championship (1/31).
- Had a personal best of 8:54.84 in the 3,000m at the BU Terrier Classic (1/25).
- Recorded a personal best of 15:19.28 in the 5,000m at the BU Season Opener (12/7).
2019 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN):
- Had a personal best in the 5,000, running a 15:37.73, at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (5/3).
- Placed first at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational in the 5,000, running a 15:56.60 (4/27).
- Had a personal best in the 1,500, running a 4:10.30, at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (4/23).
- Ran a personal best at the Ocean State Invitational in the mile (4:31.39) (4/12).
2018-19 INDOOR (FRESHMAN):
- Had a season best in the 3,000, running a 9:20.12, at the URI Tribute (2/9).
BEFORE HOLY CROSS:
- Four-year member of the varsity cross country team under head coach Keith Madaras.
- Served as captain senior year.
- Named Most Improved (2016), MVP (2017), Third team all-conference (2016) and First team all-conference (2017)
- Led team to win the conference championship and qualify for state (2016 and 2017).
- Finished 12th at state in 2017 and 20th in 2016.
- Set school record in the 5k (16:01) (2017).
- Also a four-year member of the varisty track and field team under head coach James Hentges.
- Served as captain senior year.
- Received the Coaches Award (2017-18).
- Runner-up 4x800 (2016-17), Third team all-conference 1600m (2017-18).
- Received the Fred Dafler Sportsmanship Award (OHSAA, 2017-18).
- Led team to win conference (2016-17 and 2017-18).
- Regional qualifier for 1600m and 4x800 (2016-17), 4x800 (2017-18).
- Member of Student Council (2015-16, 2016-17), Class Vice-President (2017-18), Vice-President of Orchestra (2017-18).
