CAREER HONORS:
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2019-20, 2020-21)

2021 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Ran a season best 4:18.37 in the 1,500 meters against Rhode Island (2/21).
• Placed seventh in the 1,500 meters (4:26.30) against Stonehill (4/18).
• Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19.

2020-21 INDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Did not compete. 
• Indoor portion of season shortened and ran in the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19.

2020 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Outdoor portion of season canceled due to COVID-19.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Ran a time of 9:25.24 in the 3,000m at the URI Coaches Tribute (2/8).
• Placed sixth in the 3,000m at the University of New Hampshire, running a time of 9:22.65 (1/18).
• Ran a PR of 9:12.63 in the 3,000m at the BU Season Opener (12/7).

2019 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN):

• Had a season best in the 1,500, running a 4:17.90, at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (4/23)
• Recorded a season best in the 5,000, running a 16:32.92, at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20).
• Had a season best in the 3,000, running a 9:20.35, at the Ocean State Invitational (4/12).

2018-19 INDOOR (FRESHMAN):

• Had a season best in the 3000m vs. UNH, running a 9:43.85 (1/19).

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Four-year member of the varsity cross country team under head coach Mark Frank.
• Served as captain senior year.
• Named Ohio Capital Conference Runner of the Year (2017).
• Earned all-conference first team (2017), all district (2017), regional qualifier and USATF All-American (2017).
• Also a four-year member of the varsity track and field team under head coach Greg Flecher.
• Served as captain senior year.
• Earned all conference and all district in 2018.
• Was a Siemens National Science and Math competition Finalist.

PERSONAL:

• Son of Christopher and Julie.
• Father graduated from Holy Cross in 1986.
• Has two brothers (Thomas and Christopher).
• Plans to major in biology.
