2013-2014:
• Competed in the 800, 1500, 3000 and 5000
• Ran career-best times in 3000 meter (9:28.79) against Maine (Feb. 1), 1500 meter (4:26.59) and 800 meter (2:15.36) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 22) and 5000 meter (16:03.54) at the UMass Invitational (April 12).

2012-2013:
• Ran in the 1,500
• Posted a season-best time of 4:38.03 at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 24)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2011-2012:
• Ran in the 1,500, one-mile, 3,000, 5,000 and 4x400 relay
• Posted season-best times in the 1,500 (4:27.40) at Brown Springtime Open (April 29), one-mile (4:54.30) at New Hampshire with Stonehill and Worcester State (Jan. 21), 3,000 (9:34.15) at Maine (Feb. 4) and 5,000 (16:22.57) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 21)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:
• Two-year member of the varsity cross country team at Union Catholic Regional H.S.
• Team captain senior year
• Team was conference champions in 2009 and 2010
• Earned first team All-Conference honors in 2009 and 2010
• Was a third team All-County selection
• Received the Union Catholic Scholar Athlete Award
• Also a member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field teams
• Team captain for indoor team in 2010
• Team was county champions
• Outdoor team was county and conference champions
• Competed at New Balance Track Nationals in 2011
• Member of National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society
• Received the AP Scholar Award.
