• Ran career-best times in 800 meter (2:03.54) at UMass Invitational (April 12), 1500 meter (4:09.44) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 22) and 5000 meter (15:05.44) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 19)
• Ran season-best times in one mile (4:37.98) versus Maine (Feb. 1), 3000 meter (9:08.51) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24) and 10,000 meter (31:51.64) at New England Outdoor Championship (May 9)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2012-2013:
• Ran in the 1,500, one mile, 3,000, 5,000, 10,000, 4,000 distance relay and 4x880 relay
• Posted career-best times in the 1,500 meter (4:13.66) at the UMass Invitational (April 13), one mile (4:25.99) at Maine (Feb. 2), 3,000 meter (8:55.72) at New Hampshire (Jan. 19), 5,000 meter (15:34.67) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 17) and 10,000 meter (31:13.68) at the Duke Invitational (April 6)
• Also a member of the 4x880 meter relay team that recorded a team season-best time of 8:32.04 at Maine (Feb. 2)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2011-2012:
• Ran in the 800, 1,500, one-mile, 3,000, 5,000, 10,000 and 4x400 relay
• Posted season best times in the 800 (2:07.84) and 1,500 (4:14.67) at the UMass Invitational (April 14), one-mile (4:36.27) at the Joe Donahue Indoor Games (Jan. 27), 3,000 (9:20.23) at Maine (Feb. 4), 5,000 (15:35.09) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April 24) and 10,000 (32:31.75) at the New England Outdoor Championship (May 10)
• Time in the 10,000 was a team-best for the season
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:
• Came to Holy Cross from William Tennent High School in Warminster, Pa.
