2012: Ran in the 800, 1,500, one-mile, 3,000, 5,000 and 4x400 relay…set a season-best time in the 800 (2:02.75) at the UMass Invitational (April 14)…posted career-high marks in the 1,500 (4:00.28) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 4), one-mile (4:29.04) at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 10), 3,000 (9:19.91) at New Hampshire with Stonehill and Worcester State (Jan. 21) and 5,000 (15:49.41) at the Husky Spring Open (March 24)...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2011: Ran season-best times of 9:20.30 in 3,000 meter run at Maine (Dec. 17), 4:42.35 in the mile run at the Boston Indoor Games (Jan. 28), 16:07.78 in the 5,000 meter run at the Holy Cross Quad Meet (April 23), 4:11.62 in the 1,500 meter run at the Brown Springtime Open (May 1) and 2:07.10 in the 800 yard dash at the Boston Mini Meet (Dec. 17) … named AT&T Crusader of the Week (Dec. 19).

Before Holy Cross: Member of the varsity cross country team at West Bridgewater H.S. ... team captain senior year ... named a Mayflower League Small School All-Star from 2007-2009 ... was Mayflower League Small School champion from 2007-2009 ... named to the Brockton Enterprise All-Scholastic team in 2007, 2008 and 2009 ... team won the Mayflower League Small School championship in 2007 and 2008 ... member of the varsity outdoor track and field team ... was team captain and highest point winner in 2010 ... also a member of the varsity basketball team ... member of National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society.
