2008: Ran a 2:42.21 in the 1,000 at the BostonReebok Indoor Games (Jan. 25) ... had a time of 4:35.94 in the onemile run at the Boston University Valentine Invitational (Feb. 8).
2007: Placed eighth in the 1,500 at the HolyCross Quad (April 21) with a time of 4:18.18 ... ran a season-besttime of 16:13.84 in the 5,000 at the UMass-5 Way (March 31) ... hada season-best distance of 39.81 meters in the hammer throw at HolyCross (April 24).
Before Holy Cross: A varsity member of theBishop Hartley H.S. cross country and track teams ... qualified forstate in cross country ... qualified for regional in track.
