2021 OUTDOOR (SENIOR):

• Placed 37th in the 400 meter hurdles (52.60) at the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Round (5/29).
• Won the 400 meter hurdles (52.14) at the New England Outdoor Championship, becoming the first men's individual champion since 2004 (5/15).
• Set a new school record and placed second in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 51.89 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (5/1). 
• Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19.

2020-21 INDOOR (SENIOR):

• Did not compete.
• Indoor portion of season shortened and ran in the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19.

2020 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Outdoor portion of season canceled due to COVID-19.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20 INDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Placed seventh in the 400m at the Patriot League Championship, running 50.34 in the finals after running a time of 49.87 in the prelims (3/1).
• Also competed in the 4x400m relay at the Patriot League Championship, placing fourth with a time of 3:25.05.
• Ran a time of 50.28 in the 400m at the BU Valentine Invite (2/15).
• Clocked in at 50.01 in the prelims of the 400m at the New England Championship (1/31).
• Had a pair of personal bests at the BU Terrier Classic, running a time of 22.64 in the 200m and 49.50 in the 400m (1/25).
• Won the 200m (23.54) and 400m (52.02) at the University of New Hampshire (1/18).
• Placed eighth in the 400m at the BU Season Opener in a time of 50.30 (12/7).

2019 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Placed first in the 400 hurdles, running a 52.97, at the IC4A Outdoor Track and Field Championships, becoming the first individual champion from Holy Cross at IC4As in nearly 50 years (5/11).
• Broke a school record in the 400 hurdles, running 52.61 to place fourth at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (5/11).
• Also placed sixth in the 4x400 running a 3:18.48 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (5/11).
• Placed second at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet in the 400 hurdles, running a 54.03 (4/23).
• Won the 400 hurdles in a time of 52.94 at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20).
• Finished first at the Black and Gold Invitational in the 400 hurdles, running a 53.80 (3/29).

2018-19 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Finished 10^th and had a personal best in the 500 (1:05.93) while placing fifth in the 4x400 (3:20.58) at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/16).
• Had a season best at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational in the 400, running a 50.24 (2/8).
• Placed 11^th in the 4x400 (3:23.38) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships (2/1).
• Placed eighth at the Howlin’ Husky Invitational in the 500, running a 1:07.25 (12/8).

2017-18 (FRESHMAN):

• Recorded season-best times in the 55m (7.02) and in the 1,000m (2:51.08) at the Elm City Challenge.
• Posted a season-best time (7.52) in the 60m at the Patriot League Indoor Track & Field Championships.
• Set a season-best time (51.55) in the 400m at the 2017 Husky Indoor Invitational.
• Posted a season-best time (8.60) in 55m hurdles against New Hampshire and a personal-best time (8.99) in 60m hurdles at the 2017 Husky Indoor Invitational.
• Notched a team and season-best 400m hurdles time (54.08) at the Patriot League Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
• Recorded a personal-best score of 4,155 points in the heptathlon at the Harvard Multi Meet.

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• A four-year member of the varsity track and field team under head coaches Rick Doiron (2 seasons) and Ben Hatch (2 seasons).
• Served as captain senior year.
• Named the Team MVP in 2017.
• Selected for the All-Western Mass Track & Field Team in 2017.
• Recorded nine school records (all outdoor): 4x400, 4x800, 4xMile, Swedish Relay, 1500m, Pentathlon, Decathlon (Ind.), Decathlon (Team), and Long Jump Relay.
• Qualified and competed in 4x400 Relay at New Balance Nationals (3:22.72).
• Recorded a PR in the pentathlon (3,159 pts).
• Div 1 Central/Western Mass Pentathlon Champion junior and senior year.
• Placed third in Mass State Pentathlon senior year and was the MSTCA State Decathlon Champion senior year.
• Also a four-year member of the varsity cross country team under head coaches Rick Doiron (2 seasons) and Ben Hatch (2 seasons).
• Served as captain junior and senior year.
• Selected as team MVP junior and senior year.
• Also a two-year member of the varsity basketball team under head coach Josh Balestracci.
• Served as captain senior year.
• Selected to All-Western Mass Basketball Team and played in the Western Mass Senior All-Star Game at the Basketball Hall of Fame.
• Member of the National Honor Society and student council.

• Son of Michael and Maria.
• Father ran track at MIT (Class of 1993).
• Mother played rugby at Wellesley College (Class of 1993).
• Has two brothers (Paul and Alec).
• Majoring in economics.
