2010: Ran a personal-best time of 18.48 seconds in the 110 hurdles at the Holy Cross duals ... also competed in the 400 and 400 hurdles ... ran a season-best time of 55.92 seconds in the 400 at the Northeastern Spring Open and a season-best time of 1:01.93 in the 400 hurdles at the UMass Spring Meet ... named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2009: Ran a personal-best time of 2:03.57 in the 800 at the Reebok Indoor Games ... ran a personal-best time of 5:05.41 in the one mile at the Yale Track Classic ... named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2008: Placed eighth in the 400 hurdles at Holy Cross with a time of 1:01.51 ... ran a season-best time of 25.62 in the 200 at the Reebok Indoor Games.
Before Holy Cross: Three-year varsity member of the Xavier H.S. track and field team ... served as team captain in 2006-2007 … earned the Most Improved Award in 2005, and the Coaches Award in 2004 and 2007 … ranked eighth all-time at Xavier in the 55 meter high hurdles, and sixth all-time in the 400 hurdles.
