Holy Cross Athletics

2016-2017: 

• Competed in the 800 and 4 x 800-meter Relay
• Posted season-best times in the 800-meter (2:10.75) at the Maine and Holy Cross Men Duel Meet (2/4)
• Finished second in the 4 x 800-meter Relay (8:39.30) at the UNH vs Holy Cross Meet (1/21)
• Placed sixth in the 800-meter (2:10.75) at the Maine and Holy Cross Men Duel Meet (2/4)

2016:

• Posted season-best performance in the 8k with a time of 27:26 at the Paul Short Invitational on Oct. 1
• Also ran the 8k in 30:44 at the Nassaney Invitational, 31:41 at the Shriner Invitational, 31:42.42 at the New England Championship and 30:59 at the IC4A Championship
• Ran the 5k in 19:05 versus New Hampshire and Providence

Before Holy Cross:

• A four-year member of the varsity cross country team at Georgetown Preparatory School under head coach Greg Dunston, serving as team captain in 2015
• Earned All- IAC and All-County honors in 2015
• Team won Montgomery County Private School Championship (2013; 2014)
• Ran a personal record in the 5K of 17:24
• Also ran four years of varsity track under head coaches Dan Rose and Andy Reinsch, serving as captain in 2016
• Ran a personal record of 1:59 in the 800m and 4:40 in 1600m
