CAREER HONORS:
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21)

2021 OUTDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Did not compete. 
• Outdoor portion of season shortened due to COVID-19.

2020-21 INDOOR (JUNIOR):

• Placed 11th in the 3000 meters (10:01.07) at the Patriot League Challenge (2/28). 
• Indoor portion of season shortened and ran in the spring of 2021 due to COVID-19.

2020 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Outdoor portion of season canceled due to COVID-19.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2019-20 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE):

• Ran a time of 16:35.49 in the 5,000m at the BU Season Opener (12/7).
• Member of Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

2019 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN):

• Had a season best in the 1,500, running a 4:28.77, at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (4/23).
• Recorded a season best in the 5,000, running a 16:35.78, at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20).
• Had a season best in the 3,000 (9:42.89) at the Ocean State Invitational (4/12).

2018-19 INDOOR (FRESHMAN):

• Did not compete.

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Four-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field team under head coach Brian Hayes.
• Served as captain all four years.
• Named Southwest Regional Conference Champions (2017) and Class S State Champions (2017) in indoor. 
• Set the school indoor records in the 2 mile, 4x800m and distance medley relay.
• Qualified for the State Open in 2016, 2017 and 2018 in outdoor.
• Received the SWC Sportsmanship Award in outdoor.
• Set school outdoor records in the 5k, steeplechase, 4x1 mile, 4x800m and distance medley relay.
• Also a four-year member of the varsity cross country team under head coach Brian Hayes.
• Served as captain sophomore, junior and senior year.
• Led team to win Stratton Brook Invitational Championships (2017), Nonnowag Invitational Championships (2017) and Class S State Runners Up.
• Earned All-SWC Runner (2016 and 2017), All-State Runner (2016, 2017).
• Raced to first place at Stratton Brook Invitational.
• Set the 5K Tarrywile Course Record.
• Served as President of National Honor Society and the Event Coordinator of Student Government.
• Received High Honors and Distinguished Honors all four years.
• Member of Mock Trial, Model UN, Student Ambassador and Student Activist groups.

PERSONAL:

• Son of William and Laura.
• Father was a member of the track and field and cross country teams at Holy Cross (Class of '85).
• Mother also attened Holy Cross (Class of '85).
• Has one brother (Ryan).
• Majoring in political science on a pre-law track.
