Justin Pierce enters his first year as the Director of Ticket Sales at the College of the Holy Cross in 2022-23.
Prior to his time at Holy Cross, Pierce was an account executive with the Houston Texans. Pierce previously worked for the New Jersey Devils and Bridgeport Islanders as an account executive, collectively bringing in over $300,000 in revenue to both organizations in just two years’ time, he was named a two-time team MVP with the Devils and the top new season ticket salesman in the American Hockey League (AHL). Pierce spent a year with IMG Learfield Ticketing Solutions as an account executive, and boosted season ticket revenue for football by 45 percent.
Pierce graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and sport management in May of 2019. Pierce was a member of the USM men’s soccer program, where he was named the William B. Wise Scholar-Athlete. He continued his education at Southern New Hampshire University by completing his Masters of Business Administration in December 2021.
Pierce is a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters and has been a Special Olympics lead volunteer since 2007.
