Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2015-2016, 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019).

2019 Outdoor (Senior):

• Had a personal best in the decathlon with 5,078 points at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships (5/3).
• Had a personal best in the high jump (1.55m) at the Holy Cross Men’s Meet (4/23).
• Recorded a personal best in the javelin throw (39.75m), placing ninth at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/20).
• Placed second at the UNH Season Opener in the pole vault (4.10m) (4/6).
• Had a personal best in the 110 hurdles, running an 18.99, at the Black and Gold Invitational (3/29).

2018-2019 Indoor (Senior):

• Placed 10^th in the heptathlon (3,527 points) at the Patriot League Indoor Championships (2/16).
• Placed third in the pole vault (3.75m) vs. UNH (1/19).
• Had a personal best in the heptathlon with 3,862 points, placing sixth at the URI Multi-Event Qualifier (12/6).

2017-2018:

• Ran the 55, 100, and 1,000m dashes along with the 55m hurdles for the Crusaders.
• Competed in the high jump, long jump, pole vault, shot put and heptathlon.
• Recorded personal-best times in the 55m (7.08), the 1,000m (3:03.11), and the 55m hurdles (9.16) at the Elm City Challenge.
• Posted personal-best distances in the long jump (5.45m) and the shot put (8.65m) at the Elm City Challenge.
• Recorded a personal best height (1.48) in the high jump and scored a personal-high 3832pts in the heptathlon at the Elm City Challenge.
• Set a career-best height (4.30m) in the pole vault at the Elm City Challenge.

2016-2017:

• Competed in the pole vault event.
• Reached the finals in every meet.
• Posted career-best height in the pole vault (3.90m) at the Jay Carisella Track & Field Invitational (finished seventh overall).
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

2015-2016:

• Competed in the 100m dash and pole vault.
• Posted season-best times in the 100m (11.99) at New Hampshire (4/9) and in the pole vault (3.81m) versus Rhode Island and Worcester State (4/27).
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:

• Four year varsity athlete with Don Bosco track and field.
• First Team All-League in 2014 and 2015.
• Team won Big North League Championship in 2015 and State Sectionals in 2013.
• Four-time league champion.
• Graduated Salutatorian of his class.
• President of National Honor Society, National Merit Finalist in 2015 and AP Scholar.

Personal:

• Son of Anthony and Janice.
• Has one brother (Mike) and one sister (Linda).
• Linda ran track and cross country at Ramapo College 2007-2010.
• Majoring in chemistry and classics.
• Aspires to have a career in medicine.
