• Posted season-best times in the 1,500 (4:11.46) at the Holy Cross Invitational, in the 5,000 (16:49.74) at the Holy Cross Classic and in the one mile (4:32.05) at the Brown Springtime Open.
2013-2014:

• Ran career-best times in800 meter (2:05.61) at Holy Cross Men’s Meet (April 22), onemile (4:29.99) at Valentine Invitational (Feb. 7) and 3000 meter(9:07.73) at Scarlet & White Invitational (Feb. 15)
• Ran season-best times in 1500 meter (4:23.28) at UMass Invitational(April 12) and 5000 meter (16:15.80) at Coast Guard Invitational(March 29)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2012-2013:
• Ran in the 1,500, one mile, 3,000 and 5,000…recorded season-best times in the 1,500 meter (4:09.85) at the Holy Cross Men’sMeet (April 24), one mile (4:33.72) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan.25), 3,000 meter (9:15.92) at New Hampshire (Jan. 19) and 5,000meter (16:09.63) at the Holy Cross Invitational (April20)

Before Holy Cross:
• Three-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track and field teams at Walpole H.S. under head coach Kevin Buter
• Selected honorable mention All-Bay State League in 2012
• Named team’s Most Improved in 2012
• Received Coach’s Award in 2012
• Team won Herget Division championship in both the winter and spring in 2011 and 2012
• Also a three-year member of the varsity cross country team, serving as team captain senior year
