• Recorded career-best times in the 1,500m (4:12.07) versus Rhode Island and Worcester State (4/27) and in the 3,000m (9:06.37) at Maine (2/6)
• Posted season-best times in the one-mile (4:36.17) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/12), in the 5,000m (15:38.62) at the Holy Cross Invitational (4/24) and in the 10,000m (32:57.01) at the Minuteman Invitational (4/16)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

2014-2015:  

• Competed in the 800, 1,500, 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000-meter and one mile runs
• Recorded career-high times in the 3,000 (9:00.75) versus Maine, in the 5,000 (15:09.65) at the New England Indoor Championship, the 10,000 (32.38.99) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship and one mile (4:31.63) at the Joe Donahue Games

2013-2014:

• Ran in one mile, 3000, 5000 and 10,000
• Ran season-best time in one mile (4:33.87)) at Valentine Invitational (Feb. 7), 3000 meter (9:11.41) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24)
• Ran career-best times in 5000 meter (15:45) at Holy Cross Invitational (April 19) and 10,000 meter (33:06) at the UMass Invitational (April 12)
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

Before Holy Cross: 

• Three-year member of varsity cross country and indoor track teams and four-year member of the outdoor track and field team at La Salle College H.S.
• Captain of all three teams senior year
• First team All-Catholic for cross country and indoor track junior and senior seasons
• Second team All-District and second team All-Area for cross country junior and senior seasons
• First team All-Catholic in track and field junior season
• Indoor track team was 2013 Philadelphia Catholic League champions
• Track and field team was 2013 PCL champion and 2012 and 2013 District 12 champions
• Member of Student Council and National Honor Society
