AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2026 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in two meets
• Placed 18th in the 400m (50.36) at the Patriot League Championships (May 15)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2025-26 INDOOR:

• Competed in two meets
• Recorded a new personal best in the 300m (35.85) at the BU Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (Dec. 6)
• Clocked a new personal best in the 500m (1:06.72) at the River Hawk Invitational (Feb. 6)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2025 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in two meets
• Recorded personal bests in the 200m (22.67) and 400m (49.65) at the UCF Black and Gold Challenge (Mar. 21-22)
• Helped the Crusaders place sixth in the 4x400m (3:23.76) at the UMass Commonwealth Invitational (Apr. 12)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2024-25 INDOOR:

• Competed in eight meets
• Recorded a season-best finish in the 300m (36.52) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 7)
• Posted a season-best finish in the 400m (49.69) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 14)
• Placed 14th in the 400m (50.19) at the Patriot League Championships (Mar. 1)
• Finished fourth in the 400m (49.87) at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships (Mar. 8)

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Three-year varsity member of the track and field team at Ayer-Shirley Regional High School in Ayer, Mass. under head coach Christopher Donovan
• Served as a team captain his senior year
• Three-time Team MVP
• Three-time MIAA Division 5 Indoor Runner-Up
• Five-time Indoor and Outdoor MIAA Division 5 MVP
• MIAA Division 5 Indoor State Runner-Ups
• Holds the Ayer-Shirley Regional school record in both indoor and outdoor 400m, indoor and outdoor 4x400m relay, indoor jump and indoor 300m
• Career PRs: 200m (22.69), 300m (35.76) and 400m (49.89)
• Honor Roll selection
• Also a member of the Ayer-Shirley Regional soccer team

PERSONAL: 

• Majoring in psychology
• Chose Holy Cross because he wanted to attend a religious school with amazing academic programs
