AS A JUNIOR IN 2024 OUTDOOR:

• Competed in seven of the 10 meets on the season
• Helped the 4x400m relay to fifth place (3:26.46) at the UMass Flagship Spring Opener (Apr. 7)
• Set a personal best in the 800m (1:58.32, 20th) and claimed third in the 4x400m relay (3:24.73) at the Holy Cross Invitational (Apr. 20)
• Won the 4x400m relay (3:24.69) at the Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 27)
• Placed ninth in both the 4x400m relay (3:24.77) and the 4x800m relay (8:04.33) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 3-4)
• Helped the 4x400m relay place sixth (3:23.72) at the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship (May 11)

AS A JUNIOR IN 2023-24 INDOOR:

• Competed in two of the nine meets on the season
• Took fourth in the 500m (1:09.97) and fifth in the 4x400m relay (3:41.47) at the URI Coaches Invitational (Feb. 10)
• Helped the distance medley relay to eighth place (10:04.97) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 25)

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2023 OUTDOOR TRACK:

• Did not compete

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2022-23 INDOOR TRACK:

• Competed in seven of the 10 meets on the season
• Claimed third in the 800m (1:58.82) at the USATF-NE Season Opener (Dec. 17)
• Won the 500m (1:09.68) and helped the 4x400 relay earn second (3:37.44) against New Hampshire (Jan. 22)
• Set a personal best in the 500m (1:07.19, 19th) at the Riverhawk Invitational (Jan. 28)
• Finished fourth in the 800m (2:00.89) and third in the 4x400m relay (3:32.69) at the URI Coaches Invitational (Feb. 11)
• Helped 4x400 relay earn eighth (3:26.38) at the Patriot League Indoor Championship (Feb. 25-26)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2022 OUTDOOR TRACK:

• Competed in four of the eight meets on the season
• Placed sixth in the 400m (52.07) and fifth in the 4x400m relay (3:28.16) at the UMass Invitational (Apr. 3)
• Set a personal best in the 400m (50.76, 28th) at the War Eagle Invitational (Apr. 16)
• Took fourth in the 400m (50.85) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational (Apr. 30)
• Helped 4x400m relay finish sixth (3:26.27) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship (May 6-7)

AS A FRESHMAN IN  2021-22 INDOOR TRACK:

• Competed in four of the seven meets on the season
• Claimed third in the 500m (1:09.48) and sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:39.77) at the Alden Invitational (Dec. 4)
• Won the 4x400m relay (3:38.51) against New Hampshire (Jan. 22)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2021 CROSS COUNTRY:

• Did not compete

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Ran four seasons of varsity track & field under head coach Patrick Skerker
• Team captain in 2021
• Named All-CCC in 2020
• Holds the school record in the 600 meter (1:24.07)
• Played two seasons of varsity soccer

• His dad, Scott, played lacrosse at SUNY Oneonta (Class of '91)
