Holy Cross Athletics

2014-2015:

• Competed in nine individual events including the 50, 100 and 200 backstroke, 100 freestyle, 100 and 200 individual medley, 100 and 200 breaststroke and 100 butterfly
• Also competed on the 200 and 400 freestyle and the 200 and 400 medley relay teams
• Posted career-best times in the 200 breaststroke (2:22.96) at the Worcester City Championship and in the 50 freestyle (24.38), 50 backstroke (27.15) and 200 individual medley (2:09.50) at the Harold Anderson Invitational
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 

2013-2014: 

• Competed in seven individual events including the 50, 100 and 200 backstroke, 100 and 200 breaststroke, 200 IM, 50 freestyle
• Member of the 200 and 400 medley relay and 200 and 400 freestyle relay teams.  

2012-2013:

• Competed in four individual events including the 50 freestyle, 50 and 100 backstrokes and 100 and 200 breaststrokes
• Achieved a career-best time in 100 breaststroke (1:04.97) at the Terrier Invitational.

2011-2012:

• Competed in four different individual events including the 50 freestyle, 100 backstroke and 50 and 100 breaststroke
• Posted season-best times in the 100 back (59.21) versus Bryant and in the 100 breast (1:05.87) at the Terrier Invitational.

Before Holy Cross:

• Five-year member of the varisty swimming and diving team at Monticello Senior High School, beginning in eighth grade
• Team captain senior year
• Team went undefeated and won the state championship
• Earned All-Conference honors
• Member of the Monticello Swim Club
• Team won state and regional championships
• Also a member of the football team
• Member of the National Honor Society.

Personal:

• Son of Darrin Lahr and Carrie Lynch
• Has one brother (Evan) and one sister (Anna)
• Majoring in Biology.
