Before Holy Cross: Four-year member of Apponequet Regional H.S. varsity swim team under coach Brett Pacheco…team captain in 2012…named the team’s Most Valuable Swimmer in 2010…received the Coach’s Award in 2012…named to the Southern Conference All-Star Team in 2010, 2011 and 2012…named 2010 Taunton Gazette All-Star, 2011 Standard Times Swimmer of the Year…Standard Times All-Star in 2010 and 2012…received 2011 MIAA Sportsmanship Award… set school varsity record in the 400 freestyle relay…member of the Freetown-Lakeville Warriors Swim Club under high school coach Pacheco…received Warrior Award in 2009 and 2012…member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Todd and Michelle Trojano…has two brothers (Frank and Sam).
