Holy Cross Athletics

AS A JUNIOR IN 2022-23:

• Posted personal-best times in the 200-yard freestyle (1:46.80) and 200-yard individual medley (2:00.64) at the Patriot League Championships (2/15-18).
• Is in the top-20 in program history in the 200 and 500-yard freestyle and the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke. 

• Finished sixth in the 200-yard freestyle (1:51.97) at the Worcester City Championship (10/23).
• Set four personal-best times and had a first place finish 100-yard breaststroke (1:01.91) at the Patriot League Championships (2/16-19).

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2020-21:

• Set five personal-best times on the year.
• Swam personal-best times of 1:01.79 and 2:15.35 in the 100 and 200 breast respectively at the PL Challenge.
• No Patriot League Championship due to COVID-19.
• Shortened season due to COVID-19.

• Four year member of the varsity swim team at Cary-Grove High School under head coach Scott Lattyak. 
• Team captain his senior year.
• Four year All-Conference athlete.
• Fox Valley All-Conference Academic Honors.
• Conference Champions 201, 2019, 2020. 
• School Record Holder in the 400 Free Relay, 100 yard breaststroke, and 500 yard freestyle.
• Also a four year member of the varsity golf team at Cary-Grove under head coach Christopher Gotsch.
• Member of the Sage YMCA Piranhas club swim team under head coach Edward Richardson.

• Son of Craig and Karen Seeger.
• Sister: Karsen Seeger, four year and current member of the Holy Cross Swim Team, class of 21’.
• Majoring in political science.
