Patriot League Male Diver of the Week (11/15/22).
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2023-24).

AS A SENIOR IN 2023-24:

• Placed 13th on the three-meter board (195.20) earning three points for the team at the Patriot League Championship (2/21-2/24).
• Finished first in the three-meter dive (174.98) against Providence (1/21). 
• Had a pair of first place showings in the one-meter (203.33) and three-meter (213.75) dive during the win at Colgate (1/17).
• Posted a fifth place finish in the three-meter dive (211.55) at the Harold Anderson Invitational (11/18-11/20).
• Finished second in the three-meter dive (235.65) during the win versus Maine (11/12).
• Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2022-23:

• Qualified for Patriot League consolations on the 1 meter board.
• Named Patriot League Male Diver of the Week (11/15/22).
• Named Male Diver of the Meet at the Worcester City Championships. 
• Placed first versus Maine.
• Received Diver of the Meet against Maine.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2021-22:

• Placed second in the Worcester City Championships.
• Finished second in the three meter dive at the Harold Anderson Invitational. 

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2020-21:

• No Patriot League Championship due to COVID-19
• Shortened season due to COVID-19

BEFORE HOLY CROSS: 

• Four year member of the Fordham Preparatory under head coach Dominick Galimi.
• MVP in 2017.

• Son of Stephen and Maryann Clow.
• Sisters: Kaitlyn and Megan Clow, Kailyn played rugby at Marist college, and Megan competed for the crew team at Holy Cross.
• Majoring in economics.
