2008-2009: Set new personal-bests in the 200 breast with atime of 2:14.78 and in the 200 IM with a time of 2:05.60 at thePatriot League Championship...successfully defended his title inthe 100 breast at the Worcester City Championship with a time of1:03.41....swam a personal-best in the 100 free (52.01) at theTerrier Invitational...named to the Patriot League Academic HonorRoll.

2007-2008: Patriot League Championshipconsolation finalist in the 100 breast with a personal-best time of1:01.35 and in the 200 breast with a personal-best time of2:16.95...broke the Worcester City Championship meet record in the100 breaststroke (1:03.08).

2006-2007: Swam a season-best time in the 100breast (1:02.71), 200 breast (2:19.35) and the 200 IM (2:09.74) atthe Patriot League Championship.

Before Holy Cross: Four-year varsityletterwinner for O'Dea H.S. swim team under coach TomSchutte...Washington state runner up in 2003-2004...districtchampions and Washington state runner up in 2004-2005...Washingtonstate meet finalist in the100 breast and the 200 medleyrelay...team was four-year Metro League champions2003-2006...captain his senior year...swam for King Aquatic clubunder coach Sean Hutchison.
